We are pleased to announce Dr. Johan Ringlander as the recipient of the PMI Journal Award 2026. 

Dr. Ringlander is recognised for his significant scientific contributions within pathology, microbiology, and immunology, and for his multidisciplinary research on viral infections, particularly hepatitis B and D. His work combines molecular, microbial, and immunological approaches within clinically relevant research, in line with the scope of PMI Journal. 

The award includes a financial prize of EUR 3,500.
