Journal of Pathology, Microbiology and Immunology – the PMI Journal is an international multidisciplinary journal with more than 100 years of publishing history, originally founded in 1924. Previously known as APMIS, the journal changed its name in 2024 to better reflect its commitment to integrating pathology, microbiology, and immunology and promoting cross-disciplinary research.

The Journal of Pathology, Microbiology and Immunology is a not-for-profit journal that publishes basic and clinical science studies spanning in vitro, pre-clinical, clinical, epidemiological, regulatory, and population-based registry research.
